Kelsey and I could both agree that for her bridal session, we wanted to do something very romantic, and very winter. For our first half of the session, we took the winter theme indoors to Portland Center Stage for an art deco look. We were becoming worried for the second half we wouldn't be able to get outside due to the nasty rainstorms we've been getting.

Luckily enough, we found a dry moment one morning and met at a tree farm along with her mockup invitation suite made by Portland designer (and one of my 2016 brides!) Brittany. You can find her stuff under BH Design. As for the bouquet, I made an arrangement myself at New Season's floral department to surprise Kelsey. I felt bad we didn't have anything for her part one and that dress is so gorgeous, it needed something to really compliment it! I was very proud of my arrangement, but alas I'm no professional. For a real winning bouquet, check out Alli of Bramble Floral Design ;)

I hope you have all been enjoying your Holiday season, no matter where you're from, what you celebrate, or who you are celebrating with. I sincerely hope you are ending this long year with happy thoughts, good food, and great new resolutions. From me I say: Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Have a Joyous New Year.

PS: This red tree is the best thing we ever stumbled on!!
